How can I download my tickets?
You can log in to your account here, using the email address you used for purchase. Your e-tickets are available in the ‘My Orders’ section and can be downloaded at any time after your purchase.
Can I buy tickets on the day of the event?
If tickets are still available, they may be purchased online or at the venue. We strongly recommend booking in advance as many sessions sell out.
Is parking available at the venue?

Are pets allowed at the event?
Pets are welcome in the Village area for most events if they are kept on a leash. Please refer to the event FAQ for more information.
What if an event is cancelled or postponed?
In case of cancellation or rescheduling, we will contact all ticket holders directly by email with information about next steps.
What should I wear?
There is no formal dress code, but we recommend comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor conditions. Don’t forget sunscreen or a jacket, depending on the weather!
Will there be food and drink available at the venue?
Yes, a variety of food and beverage options will be available in all events in the Village area.
How do I upgrade my ticket?

Where can I find the schedule for the event I am attending?
Please refer to our website: https://www.gcglobalchampions.com/en-us/schedule, navigate to the event you will be attending, and click on ‘Start Lists & Results’. You will also receive an email a few days before the event takes place with all the necessary information.
